As preparations began in earnest for the birthday celebration of popular Nollywood veteran actress, Esther Idowu Philips better known as “Mama Rainbow”, it has been revealed that fans of the iconic actress would host her in 10 countries.
This was disclosed by the first son of the actress, Femi Philip, while releasing a video biography of Mama Rainbow, and this was reposted by the lovely mother.
He revealed there would be “365 days global celebrations” for the legendary filmmaker, who would be hosted by her fans called Mama Rainbow Fans Club Worldwide in 10 countries including; United States of America, London, Brazil, France, Canada among others. Not only that, a movie premiere would also be part of the activities to mark the successful woman new age.
Mama Rainbow is a highly respected Nollywood actress, who has been in the industry for over five decades. She was born in Ogun State on the 16th of October 1942. The soon-to-be octogenarian is a mother of five children, and a lovely grandmother.
