“The whole world will know that there is God that fights for the oppressed” “- Late Sylvester Oromoni Mom breaks down in Tears after Lagos govt cleared all 5 student and staff Of Dowen College

The mother of Sylvester Oromoni, a 12-year-old boy allegedly beaten to death by fellow students of Dowen College, has cried out to God to avenge her son.

This was after five officials and five students of Dowen College linked to Oromoni’s death were exonerated by the Lagos State government through the Director of Public Prosecution.

Those cleared by the state government are 16-year-old Favour Benjamin, Edward Begue (16), Ansel Temile (14) and Kenneth Inyang (15) and 15-year-old Micheal Kashamu, the son of the late senator, Buruji Kashamu.

Officials cleared are Celina Uduak, Valentine Igboekweze, Hammed Ayomo Bariyu, Adesanya Olusesan Olusegun and one Adeyemi.

Oromoni was reported to have died of injuries sustained after he was allegedly beaten by five senior students of the school who wanted to initiate him into a cult group.

A claim by his father that he was also fed a chemical substance was, however, dismissed by Dowen College which stated that the boy sustained injuries while playing football with his colleagues.

Oromoni’s mother, shortly after the students and officials of Dowen College were exonerated, made a video showing her lamenting that she couldn’t celebrate Christmas and New Year with her son.

She said, “The whole world will know that there is God that fights for the oppressed.

“Jehovah God, arise. King of glory, arise and cut short the lives of those that cut the life of my son short, including those supporting them.

“Let them feel the pains that I’m passing through. If they breathe the air that you created, God let your rod fall on them.”
