She joined the Yoruba Movie Industry in 2004 and debuted her career in Igba Aimo since then, she has been seen playing lead roles in several movies. Eniola has been romantically linked with her boss, Odunlade Adekola severally. But has stated that the relationship between them is about work. They have both been seen severally playing love roles. She can interpret any movie role and can fit into any character given to her by movie producers and directors.
She recently produced Dr Adunni, a movie which is yet to be released. It features Lateef Adedimeji, Odunlade Adekola, Kehinde Bakonle and many others.
