Popular Nollywood actress, Eniola Ajao, has shed more light on the best dressed female award given to crossdresser Bobrisky at the premiere of her movie, ‘Beast of Two Worlds (Ajakaju)’.
Recall that Bobrisky’s award of the Best Dressed Female at the movie premiere on Sunday has caused a lot of controversy on social media.
However, Eniola cleared the air during her interview with AriseTV News as she stated that the award was just to promote her movie, ‘Ajakaju’, coming on cinema today, March 29th.
Her revelations stirred up more reactions online with social media users mumbled about it on internet.
In recent development, the movie star revealed via live Instagram session with her fans that the award was not given to Bobrisky, stating that it was fake
She, then, mentioned that the best dressed female award will be conferred on two ladies, Bose Alao and other woman who is yet to be identified.
Eniola Ajao broke into tears as she deeply apologized for causing such turbulence on internet, sharing her struggles while promoting her first cinematic movie.
In her words, “In Instagram, I said it Bose Alao is our winner and one other person I and my crew are yet to look into. So please, everything was just staged. Nothing was given to anybody at the premiere.”
“Please support me, I don’t have anybody. A lot have gone down, I’ve been doing all of these on my own, If I don’t do it who will do it. So please, nothing was given to anybody”.
