Nollywood superstar, Genevieve Nnaji has taken to her Instagram Stories to offer insight on what mental health is and according to her it is more spiritual than physical.

The veteran actress, 42, suggested that people who are affected by mental health problems should reconnect to the divine by rededicating their lives to “the God you serve”.
This is how she put it: “Mental health is more spiritual than it is physical. Rededicate your life to the God you serve. Get rebaptised.”
Genevieve Nnaji is an actress to be reckoned with in the African movie industry. Born on May 3, 1979, the delectable actress is also a producer and director.
She meanwhile, is recently reported to have bought a luxury flat in Ikoyi, Lagos state.
Instagram page, Cutie Julls, which first published the news, said the mansion, named ‘Playhouse’, is worth $1.8m (approximately N749m).
The Nigerian actress, producer, and director is said to have purchased the new house for relaxation purposes.
