Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable, has been granted bail by a Magistrate Court, sitting in Ifo, Ifo local government area of Ogun State.
The Ogun State Police Command arraigned him on a three-count charge bothering on assault and theft of musical equipment.
The controversial singer was granted bail of N300,000, with two sureties from his immediate family, and must have landed property within the jurisdiction of the court before Portable could perfect his bail conditions.
Unfortunately, the singer was unable to perfect his bail and he was seen cater away by the officers of the Nigeria correctional center.
The matter has been adjourned to 26th of April, 2023.
