Toyin Abraham beams with joy as the First Lady of Ogun State surprises her

Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham is no doubt soaring high.

The actress and entrepreneur has expressed joy over what the first lady of Ogun State, Bamidele Abiodun did for her.

Taking to Instagram, Toyin Abraham penned an appreciation post to the first lady and commissioner of culture and tourism for allowing her to tour the state.

Sharing a photo of her at Oluomo Rock, Toyin revealed that she is anticipating December 23rd.

“Huge thanks to her Excellency @bamideleabiodunofficial and commissioner for culture and tourism @hontoyintaiwo 23rd of December on my mind”.

It was recalls Toyin Abraham had been criticized for the award of recognition by the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in commemoration of 2022 International women’s day.

Some female Nollywood stars such as Mo Abudu, Adunni Ade, Adebimpe Oyebade, and Toyin Abraham received the award for their trailblazing works, inspiring young girls, including women, and outstanding contributions towards building a greater Lagos.

Toyin Abraham took to her Instagram page to express appreciation to the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and prayed for the State like other Nollywood stars.

This earned Toyin Abraham criticism as many stormed her comment section, claiming she had been bought and will avoid speaking against the current administration of Sanwo-Olu.

Some fans of Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham had offered helpful advice to her following her recent recognition award from the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

They advised Toyin Abraham not to lose guard as the election was getting close, and the Government might want to shut her up.

Last year, the Deputy Governor of Osun State, Benedict Olugboyega Alabi, hailed Toyin Abraham after his cabinet members stormed the cinema over the weekend to see the latest movie ‘The Ghost and the Ghost Tout Too’.

In a statement shared on Facebook, the Deputy Governor said their visit to the cinema was a strong statement of their administration’s determination to diversify their economy through creative ideas.

Benedict Olugboyega said Toyin Abraham’s movie was a blend of comedy, suspense, and terrestrial philosophy, adding it naturally speaks to the triumph of good deeds over evil.

The statement reads: I was at the Premiere of Toyin Abraham’s new movie, THE GHOST AND THE TOUT, Saturday evening, alongside some cabinet members, to honour the star actress and make strong statement about our administration’s determination to diversify our economy through creative ideas”
