‘She’s a top-notch cross artist and mother’ – Lizzy Anjorin, Bimbo Oshin other Nollywood stars mourn Rachel Oniga

Nollywood stars have been thrown into a mourning state over the death of veteran actress Rachel Oniga, who passed on at age 64.

According to sources, Rachel Oniga died from COVID-19 complications on Friday, July 30.

Many of her colleagues, such as Yomi Fabiyi, Lizzy Anjorin, Bimbo Oshin, took to their social media page to mourn the actress.

Still, in disbelief, some expressed shock over the incident describing the actress as a top-notch thespian and mother in the entertainment industry.

Rachel Oniga, before her demise, has featured in classics and successful movies such as “Sango,” “Died Wretched,” “The Only Nigerian Girl,” “Doctor Bello”, and “The Royal Hotel Hibiscus,” which debuted in cinemas in February 2018.
