Remember Yomi Ogunmola, The Veteran Yoruba Actor, Who Died 17 Years Ago

He was one of the pioneers directors in Yoruba movie sector, his sister Peju is also a veteran actress. I’m not referring to any other than person than Yomi Ogunmola. Yoruba Ogunmola was a leading Yoruba Movie director who was at the peak of his career when death snatched him away in 2003.

He was the toast of all actors and movie producers, he was one of the very best then.

His death was a rude shock to many of his lovers and his colleagues. His sister, Peju Ogunmola who got married to another veteran actor, Sunday Omobolanle popularly known as Aluwe is doing very well in the industry. She has also featured in many movies. Ogunmolas remain an household name in the entertainment, especially in Yoruba movie sector due to their contribution to the growth and development of the industry.
