Kunle Afod is one of the popular and talented Nigerian Nollywood star actors. He is an award- winning actor, scriptwriter, entertainer, film director, and movie producer. He is popularly known for ” Ori Eiye” a blockbuster movie which he directed. Kunle Afod is the first in the family of four, his others siblings are Lanre Afod, Olayiwola Afod, and Adenike Afod. He developed interest in acting and movie production when he was growing up as a child, that led him to train under Late Jide Ogungbade, a legendary actor. Kunle also train under popular names in the movie industry such as Tomoloju and Jahman Anikulapo. He later joined Adebayo Salami popularly known as Oga Bello at the Awada Keri Keri theatre group.
Kunle Afod is talented, versatile, skilful, and exceptionally good in roles interpretation accorded him by the movies producers and directors. He has featured in several blockbuster Yoruba movies including Pami Nku, Iya Igbo, Orindola, Pitan, Esuru, Ijewuru, Awolu Ati Awawu, Ade Ferrari, and many more.
