Veteran actress Idowu Phillips popularly known as Mama Rainbow stated that if not for a bad government, Nigeria would have been the best country in the world.
Mama Rainbow stated while speaking on the art of hand-built African pottery in Nigeria.
She emphasised that Pottery has been described as one of the cheapest arts practised in virtually all the ethnic groups in Nigeria and heavily dominated by women. and if not for the bad government, the pottery would have been one of the best source of wealth for Nigerian women.
In her word, she wrote:
Traditionally, African pottery is hand-built. They have the advantage of low cost and thermo-shock resistance quality which make them suitable for all use.
