“I aspire to be like My Mum And I find some inspiration from Her Music But She don’t want me to be a musician- Tope Alabi Daughter Spills

“In the first place, she didn’t want me to be a musician.” She wished for me to pursue a career as a medical doctor. That is not my calling, as God will have it, because I cannot stand blood. She is now delighted to see me perform; she adores it when I sing and shouts with delight as she listens to my songs. I’m sure she’s pleased and glad that she has left me a legacy.” In a new interview, Ayomikun, the daughter of gospel musician Tope Alabi, disclosed.
“I think this is a question with an obvious,” the young artiste said in her interview with City People Magazine regarding her mother, Tope Alabi, saying, “I think this is a question with an obvious.” My mother is the most influential person in my life. I aspire to be like her. You can’t look up to her and not want to act or sing as she does. She is a powerful role model.

“I don’t call her mum; she is my aunty, my dearest friend,” she remarked when asked about their relationship. That’s exactly who she is to me. My mother is strict because she expects you to be responsible and mature at all times. She is constantly lecturing and speaking. I learned humility and respect for all people, regardless of their rank. My mother also taught me about understanding God in his whole. I adore her music and find a lot of inspiration in it.”
