Chioma Rowland, the fiancée of pop star Davido made her first public appearance over the weekend, weeks after the death of her son Ifeanyi Adeleke.
The chef was spotted alongside Davido at the inauguration of the latter’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as governor of Osun State on Sunday, November 27.
In one of the photos which has made the rounds on social media, the 27-year-old was captured in full glare, showing her evident weight loss. Chioma was also seen walking hand-in-hand with Davido’s personal bodyguard while smiling.
In another photo, Chioma is seen posing for pictures with Davido and his uncle, the governor of Osun State.
She was also spotted taking pictures with Davido’s dad, Adedeji Adeleke, and members of the family.
A happy Davido was also seen smiling at the camera.
Asides from the public excitement of the couple making their first appearance in public after the demise of their son, one of the things that went unnoticed is that they were both spotted with wedding rings.
Chioma was seen wearing a double diamond ring while the singer also had a ring on his finger.
Prior to this development, it was alleged that the two had a wedding which was witnessed by close family and friends although there has been no confirmation of the rumour from the duo.
Ifeanyi was born on October 20, 2019, to Davido and Chioma. He died 11 days after celebrating his third birthday.
An autopsy conducted revealed he died as a result of drowning.
