The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, has reportedly welcomed a baby boy with his wife Queen Silekunola Naomi.
It was rumored that Olori Naomi was pregnant and that led to her leaving the palace.
At the recently concluded Olojo Festival 2020, which took place in the palace a few days ago, the queen was discovered missing, but she was present at the Olojo festival last year.
Note that the Ooni of Ife vowed to name his unborn prince after the late Oba Adesoji Aderemi while speaking at the 49th Ooni of the city’s 40-year remembrance program.
No official announcement on the birth of the baby has been issued by the palace, but information making rounds on social media has it that the Queen has given birth to a baby boy.
