Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality star, Ifu Ennada, has shared a powerful post to encourage her fans and followers about staying hopeful no matter how tough things get. The entrepreneur and actress in a recent Instagram post took fans down memory lane with a throwback photo of herself which she put in a collage alongside a current snap.

In the lengthy caption, the ex-housemate recounted how she used to suffer from starvation when her family could not afford to buy food. She revealed that she still held on to hope regardless of the situation.

She also spoke about how she watched her brother die because they couldn’t afford proper healthcare.

“Some things that got me through my very tough days were; thinking of a great future, dreaming gigantic dreams and working towards achieving them. I was born with “no spoon” at all and moved back to the village twice when we couldn’t afford to live in Lagos anymore. It was in the village I helplessly watched my younger brother die in front of me because we were so poor we couldn’t afford good healthcare.” Ennada who owns a skin and hair care company revealed she started working at age 15 and believes in the grace of God.

The reality star has shared her story to encourage others who are on the verge of giving up to remain strong as there is nothing impossible as long as there is God.

“I’ve been working my a$$ off since I was 15 and have always had to work hard for every single thing I have, maybe this is why I take life too serious sometimes. I call myself “Ifu Ennada”, which means “Nothing is Impossible with God”. I do not take God’s Grace for granted and will always have Faith in Him, no matter how things get or how many times I cry.”

She told her followers to think of her as God’s sign to them that things will fall into place someday. According to her, she has lost more than she can count this year, but she will not be giving up.
