Nollywood actress Tricia Eseigbe KerryActress Tricia Eseigbe welcomes twins two years after first child has announced the arrival of her set of twins, two years after her first child.

She made the announcement on Instagram and Facebook in the morning of Thursday, July 14, which is also her birthday.

Sharing a picture of herself, her husband, first child and the new arrivals, the actress wrote “it brings us double joy as we announce the new arrivals in our family, Baby Isabella and Baby Christabel Kerry.

“We give God all the glory and honour. It’s the Lord’s doing and it’s marvelous in our sight.

We rejoice in the Lord for his provision and his preservation.”

Congratulatory messages have come from colleagues like Susan Peters, Chidi Mokeme, Shan George and Emem Isong.

Tricia, founder of Bold Faces International Foundation, got married to Kingsley Kerry in Lagos in late 2009.

The wedding was attended by Genevieve Nnaji, Grace Amah, Kenny St Brown, Mercy Johnson, Lilian Bach, Monalisa Chinda, Ebube Nwagbo, Rukky Sanda, Stephanie Okereke, Chioma Akpotha, Chidi Mokeme, Uche Jombo and Ngozi Nwosu.

Having interviewed sportsmen on her TV programme Bold Faces, Tricia was also honoured at her wedding with the presence of Julius Aghahowa and his wife as well as Jay Jay Okocha’s wife Nkechi.

Tricia announced the birth of her first child – a baby girl – in a social media post on July 15, 2020.

She added that the baby was born the previous day, July 14, which was also her birthday.

Part of her announcement read “I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes I received yesterday and a joyous birthday gift that I received from our Almighty father. The birth of my angelic baby girl.”

The christening of the baby named Gracelyn was held in August 2020 via Zoom because of COVID restrictions.

Speaking after the christening, the Single Girl actress said waiting for 10 years before her first child was not a pleasant experience.

In her word, “it’s been a traumatic 10 years; physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, psychologically, any way you can describe it. It wasn’t a pleasant journey.”
